Ideal for individuals or small businesses in Canada with occasional HR questions but not in need of continuous support, clients will be charged for each message and question submitted for review, with a fixed $0.10 per word rate. The response to your message submission (with a guaranteed minimum 80 word response) will be added to this rate. For example, a 60 word message/question submission with a 100 word response will be $16 CDN.

How can your HR friend help me?

If you are not getting support from your HR department or need additional support with a work related issue, you can reach out to your HR friend for an answer. Our services do not constitute legal advice, and it is your responsibility to consult with appropriate legal or other professionals before making decisions based on the information provided.

Can't I just use AI tools for free?

You sure can! However your HR friend is human and can offer solutions and guidance tailored specifically to your needs. AI might provide more generalized advice that might not understand the context or fully align with your personal circumstances.

How do I find out the word count for my question?

In the word count, every individual word will be counted.

Every word separated by spaces is included in the count, including:

Simple words (e.g., "work," "pay")
Compound words (e.g., "afternoon," "online")
Numbers (e.g., "3," "2025")
Hyphenated words (e.g., "full-time," "well-being") are usually counted as one word in most cases.

Your HR friend will use a word counter tool and you will be provided the cost for payment before the question is answered.

How do I pay for services?

Complete and submit the contact information and message form with your question. Once recieved, you will get a response within 1-2 business days with the payment instructions. The cost for your question (calculated at $0.10 per word) and cost of the response (guaranteed minimum 80 words but may be more depending on question(s) asked ) will be added to the total cost. We are only accepting interact e-transfers at this time.

Do you offer ongoing support for HR services?

We are currently providing support to individuals and businesses who have occasional work-related questions. Our services are not intended for businesses that require regular and ongoing HR support at this time.
